Q. I have a custom idea! Can you accomodate it!

A. Yes, we love people coming to use with their creative ideas. 

Q. Is my photo good enough to use? 

A. Refer to our photo guides page for best image options, most images do work! 

Q. Can I send more than one photo?

A. Please, the more clear photos we have to work with the better.

Q. Will I see the finished artwork before it get's printed?

A. Yes, we will send you a proof that once you approve we will either email to you the completed digital image and or print, frame and mail to you.

Q. What are the printing / canvas options?

A, We can print in most any size you'd like, from a simple 5x7 to the size of a movie poster.  

Shipping Times/ Rates

Q. From the time the project is completed and I have approved the proof, how long does it take to ship?

A. We pride ourselves on printing and shipping in house which makes us much faster than our compeition who outsources that process thus elongating the time to get to customers. The following business day that the proof get's confirmed, it is mailed out. 

Q. What are the shipping rates?

A. The rates are whatever they are at the post office at that time. We make no upcharge on shipping. The art will be shipped out of either Los Angeles or New York. 

Returns/ Refunds

Q. Can I preview before buying?

A. I invest hours into creating each portrait, making it impossible to offer a preview before placing an order.

Once finishing your purchase, we will send you the artwork for preview within 1-2 business days. You can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with the final result.


Q. Can I return my art after it's arrived?

A. As each artwork is uniquely crafted, we are unable to accommodate returns. Should you encounter any discrepancies or if you're dissatisfied for any reason, kindly reach out to us at Cgrinbaum@gmail.com , and we'll strive to assist you promptly. Our aim is to deliver a personalized masterpiece that resonates with you, and we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with the finished product.

Lost Painting In Transit

Should your painting ever get lost in transit by the courier service, we will immediately dispatch a replacement canvas at no extra cost.

Damaged Artwork

If your painting arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team. We will swiftly print out and frame a new one and ship it to you, free of charge.

Changes

Before finalizing your portrait, you can view a preview and request any revisions. We provide unlimited modifications without any additional fees. If, after several adjustments, you're still not satisfied with your portrait, we understand and respect your perspective. Please contact our customer support, and we'll work together to find the best solution for you.

We want you to be thrilled with your new portrait. If you are not completely satisfied upon receipt, you may return it in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please reach out to us for the return address.
